Customs & Duties

  1. US & Canada:Generally, there are no additional fees.
  2. International:Tax rates and locations where sales tax needs to be charged are according to local regulations.

Processing Time

  1. Please allow 1-2 days for shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  2. Custom and Pre-order Orders: Items may require additional processing time.
  3. Expedited Shipping: Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET may qualify for same-day shipment.

Tracking Couriers & Status

  1. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirming the couriers consignment number
  2. Log in to our official website to view all order details.

Change Address

  1. Please ensure accuracy when placing your order. You can update your address before shipment by DMing us.
  2. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the delivery address. You need to change it yourself at the post office.
  3. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.

Delayed Delivery

If your package hasn't arrived within 60 business days, it's eligible for a refund or free reshipment. Please contact us at official@skrmod.com.

Lost/Stolen Order

  1. SKRMODpolicy is to ship orders with shipping insurance to cover the value of the order to achieve the greatest confidence in your purchase!
  2. Once your package leaves our shipping department, SKRMOD is not responsible for errors made by USPS, UPS, or Other
  3. We do not refund or replace items marked as "delivered".
  4. SKRMOD will assist in placing a claim with the shipping company on your behalf to recoup the value of the products that have been stolen or lost during shipping. If this claim is successful, we will promptly provide a replacement product for your order.
  5. In the event that the customer places the claim with the shipping company:
    (1) SKRMOD will not issue any refunds or ship replacement products regardless of the claim status.
    (2) The Shipping company will pay you directly if your claim is accepted, and SKRMOD is unable to submit a claim on packages once one is already opened.
